Natalie Neece: What was your inspiration for Vanguard Culture?
Susanna Peredo Swap: I am inspired by creative collaboration and the many possibilities that San Diego’s visual, performing and culinary arts community offers. I love the idea of introducing people who may not naturally be working together and showcasing experiences that inspire our readers to try something they’ve never done before.
NN: Why is it important to showcase art in these types of events?
